What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing our key accounts and projects of varying sizes and scale
  • Driving the exciting next chapter of our agency’s growth
  • Building relationships with key clients and pitching for new business 
  • Writing clear, detailed briefs for our creative team, ensuring work meets these before it’s delivered to our clients
  • Working collaboratively with our developers, designers, copywriter and production team to ensure project needs are being met
  • Tracking workflow and productivity in Streamtime 
  • Assisting with office administration and day to day tasks to keep the agency pumping

Who We're Looking For

  • Great people skills are a must-have 
  • 3+ years experience in an Account Manager role, preferably in a full-service agency setting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
  • A passion for the digital agency space 
  • A desire to learn, upskill and grow your understanding of the industry 
  • Proactive, well-resourced and capable of pursuing new opportunities
